Position: Anglophone Legal Officer Assistant Internship

Entry level:

Posting: Nomayos; Yaoundé

Mission:

The successful candidates will have the following main tasks,

Ø  Advise and assist the company in legal matters;

Ø  Carry out the legal validation of contracts and regulations;

Ø  Defend the company's interests in the event of litigation;

Ø  Alerting management to the legal risks associated with their activities and the direction they should take;

Ø  Prepares legal files and represents the company before administrative and judicial bodies;

Ø  Assessing the appropriateness or risks of initiating or continuing litigation proceedings and, where appropriate, handling disputes out of court;

Ø  Monitor legal and regulatory developments.

Profile:

Interested candidates MUST meet the following criteria,

Skills:

Ø  Good written and oral expression skills

Ø  Sound knowledge of business law

Ø  Good knowledge of the world of business, economics and finance.

Ø  Thoroughness and objectivity

Ø  Good presentation skills

Ø  Initiative

Ø  Good interpersonal skills
