Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Motion Graphic Designer, located in Douala with some remote work allowed. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging animated graphics and videos for various digital platforms. The Motion Graphic Designer will also need to conceptualize, design and deliver creative solutions with high visual impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

3+ years proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

Experience with 2D and 3D animation

Knowledge of video and audio editing tools

Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation or a related field

Portfolio of completed design projects

Experience with motion graphics for social media platforms is a plus

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus
